Telehealth is currently covered by the majority of all insurances. You are encouraged to confirm with your insurance that it does contain a mental health benefit, that virtual sessions are included with your plan and that your plan does not require a specific virtual platform. Doxy.me is the HIPAA-secure and compliant video platform that I use for sessions. One thing to note is your insurance may charge you a different co-pay rate for virtual appointments.

 

 As part of your agreement with your insurance, you may be responsiblefor any deductible co-pay, and/or co-insurance fees which is all determined by your specific insurance plan. .
