I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and am also Certified in Perinatal Mental Health in the state of Virginia. I'm also licensed to practice in the state of FL. I am also a nationally recognized and certified counselor and have spoken at various agencies and conferences on mental health issues. I earned my Masters in Counseling and Education from Lehigh University and have been working in the mental health field for 25 years.

 

I am a seasoned clinician in the areas of depression, anxiety, pregnancy and loss, and women-identifying/birthing parent issues, including perinatal mood disorders.  Additionally, I really enjoy working with the other types of helpers in the world. These primarily include: mental health therapists and all licensed professionals.  

 

Regardless of the issues that may bring you to counseling, I will always say and truly believe that you are the expert on you.
